Martial ready to go to war with United as Spurs and Chelsea watch on
Time to go: France striker Anthony Martial wants a fresh start elsewhere
Anthony Martial is ready to ignore Manchester United’s wishes and demand a Premier League move.
The 22-year-old Frenchman is fed up of life at Old Trafford and is known to want out having missed his country’s World Cup success in Russia due to his lack of club action.
United are willing to do business – but only with a team outside of England, and not to a direct Champions League rival.

But Martial has one year left on his contract and is in a position of power with United not wanting to risk losing him on a free next June.
Sunsport say he is ready to go head-to-head with United and push through a move to London.
Both Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur are very keen on the forward, and the paper suggest they have been put on red alert.
But the situation is complex. United could trigger a 12-month option on the contract he signed when he arrived from Monaco in 2015.
That would increase the value in the market for a player they paid £36m for three years ago.
United manager Jose Mourinho has batted away all questions about the forward this summer but has had plenty to say about the club’s pre-season preparation.
“The pre-season is very bad, the positive thing of the pre-season is only for the young boys that have a fantastic opportunity to train with us,” Mourinho said.
“I’m worried because I’m not training (with everyone) and then I go to the Premier League without lots of players, but it is what it is and we have to try and make the best out of it with the players we have here.”
United start the season at home to Leicester City on Friday August 10.
