Premier League supercomputer looks good for Liverpool fans despite Arsenal thrashing Man City
The latest supercomputer prediction has Liverpool winning the Premier League with 93 points this season. Arne Slot's men recorded an important result over the weekend, emerging as 2-0 victors away to in-form Bournemouth courtesy of a Mohamed Salah brace.
That result put the pressure on Arsenal ahead of its game against Manchester City on Sunday, with the Gunners knowing a victory was essential to keep their slim title hopes alive.
Mikel Arteta's side responded to Liverpool's win with a five-star performance, hammering City 5-1 to keep the gap between the league's first and second-placed teams down to six points.

Liverpool has played one game fewer than Arsenal, but will get that game in hand out of the way with the trip to Everton on February 12. Victory at Goodison Park would see Liverpool open up a nine-point lead at the top of the table with just 14 games in the season remaining.
Liverpool is the heavy favorite to win the league for the second time in six seasons, and CasinoHawks' latest supercomputer predictor is tipping the Reds to get over the line.
Liverpool is backed to finish with 29 wins, six draws and three losses, with a positive goal difference of 66. Arsenal, meanwhile, is predicted to end on 84 points, with 25 wins, nine draws and four losses, and a positive goal difference of 38.
Nottingham Forest and Manchester City are predicted to round out the top four with 74 and 73 points respectively, with Bournemouth in fifth on 72 points. It is likely that a fifth-placed finish will be enough to secure qualification for next season's Champions League.
Wolves, Ipswich and Southampton are tipped to be relegated, with Leicester avoiding the drop. The predictor does not make good reading for Tottenham fans, with Spurs predicted to finish 16th on just 40 points. Manchester United, meanwhile, is tipped to finish 12th with 47 points — 11 points fewer than the Red Devils' current lowest-ever Premier League tally.
