Thierry Henry is already fielding offers to become a manager following his decision to leave Sky Sports.

With two years remaining on his contract and a £10m in salary, Henry is giving up his role as a pundit to find a permanent managerial role.

He had been one of Belgium’s assistant managers under Roberto Martinez, and was part of the national side’s coaching team as they reached third place in the 2018 Russian World Cup.

Henry already has secured his coaching badges to be a UEFA-licensed manager, the former Arsenal striker is qualified to take over as a manager.

According to a report in the Daily Mail, Henry has three offers to consider already. There are two opportunities on offer abroad, and there is another opportunity within the UK. Unai Emery is still finalising his side at Arsenal and may be an option for Henry to return to the Emirates Stadium as one of his assistants should he continue to learn his trade alongside a senior partner.

John Terry is under consideration to replace Henry in the Sky Sports studio. He has yet to announce his retirement and has been linked with a move to Derby County, who are now managed by Terry’s former Chelsea teammate Frank Lampard.
