Tosin Adarabioyo to leave Fulham in summer as contract talks collapse

Tosin Adarabioyo has told Fulham he will leave the club in the summer.

The Cottagers defender, 26, is soon to be out of contract and wants to explore new options after four years in west London.

A host of clubs are expected to be interested in Adarabioyo, who has played 132 times for Fulham since signing as a promising young centre-back from Manchester City.

Marco Silva has made him a regular this season and Fulham offered a bumper new contract to keep him at the club.

But Adarabioyo will take his chances elsewhere, with the likes of West Ham, Liverpool, Tottenham and Newcastle previously linked with his services. However, at this time he is not thought to be close to agreeing a move to a new team.

Liverpool are preparing for life after Jurgen Klopp from the end of next month and will also veteran centre-back Joel Matip leave too, when his contract expires.

West Ham could also be looking for a new manager who may want to revamp a defence which has struggled at times this season, whereas Tottenham boss Ange Postecoglou has made clear he wants to reinforce his backline.

Meanwhile, Fulham are considering moving on reserve striker Carlos Vinicius in the summer.
