Patrick Dorgu having Manchester United medical ahead of finalising transfer
Patrick Dorgu is undergoing a medical at Carrington ahead of finalising his move to Manchester United from Italian club Lecce.
The wing-back flew to Manchester on Saturday morning and was driven to the club's training ground to begin the process of putting the finishing touches to his impending move to Old Trafford.
United had been locked in talks with Lecce for the best part of a fortnight and Matt Hargreaves, United's director of transfer negotiations, and Base Soccer intermediaries Leon Angel and Frank Trimboli met Lecce officials last week.

Dorgu was left out of the Lecce starting XI for their 3-1 win over Parma on Friday night, with manager Marco Giampaolo confirming post-match that he decided not to play the Danish international as his mind may have been focused on his move to Old Trafford.
"It's true, Patrick Dorgu will be flying to Manchester on Saturday," said the Lecce boss. "He's a fantastic player and guy.
"He always did his best for us. I didn't play him tonight as his mind could be already there, Old Trafford."
Dorgu, 20, was quizzed by Italian media ahead of boarding a flight on Saturday morning and was asked if he is "excited" about his switch to Old Trafford. He said that he viewed the move as "an opportunity."
United have been keen to strengthen their left-sided wing-back options throughout the January window and Dorgu was earmarked as an ideal fit for head coach Ruben Amorim's 3-4-2-1 formation.
The deal is on course to be completed ahead of Monday night's 11pm transfer deadline and Dorgu is set to become the club's second signing of the winter window following the addition of Arsenal youngster Ayden Heaven on Saturday.
Dorgu could make his United debut when Leicester City visit Old Trafford in the fourth round of the FA Cup next Friday night.
