Erik Pieters (Stoke City) – £14

Fixture: Middlesbrough (Home)

Stoke were mauled by a rampant Tottenham Hotspur last weekend who had the game won by half time. The Potters face very different opposition this weekend in the form of Middlesbrough – the league’s lowest goal scorers with just nineteen. Aitor Karanka is a very defensively-minded coach who sets his team up to be compact rather than going all out attack in search of goals. The end result? They have scored just eight times away from home this season.

Mark Hughes will expect a reaction from his players following the Spurs drubbing and he’ll be confident of picking up all three points as well as a clean sheet. Pieters has been one of Stoke’s most consistent performers this season and he’s a good option this week given the opposition.

Nacer Chadli (West Brom) – £17

Fixture: Crystal Palace (Home)

The Belgian has returned attacking points in each of his last three fixtures (1 goal, 2 assists) and he’s beginning to replicate the form he showed earlier in the season before picking up a knee injury. He managed to stay on the pitch for eighty-seven minutes against Bournemouth – his lengthiest appearance since October which suggests he’s back to full fitness.

Matt Phillips is doubtful for this fixture with a hamstring injury so there will be even more pressure on Chadli to deliver in his absence. He’s likely to take a penalty if the Baggies are awarded one having taken one earlier in the season and he’ll fancy his chances of more attacking returns against a fragile Crystal Palace defence.

Kamil Grosicki (Hull City) – £10

Fixture: Leicester (Away)

Grosicki was very impressive against Burnley – winning the penalty which Tom Huddlestone converted in the 1-1 draw. He went very close to scoring on a couple of occasions which suggests his first goal for Hull is not far away – the fact he’s also on corners and free kicks just makes him an even more attractive fantasy option. At just £10, he could be the bargain of the week.

Leicester were superb in their 3-1 win over Liverpool, a performance Claudio Ranieri would have been proud of! If they put in the effort they did against the Reds for the rest of the season, they will be fine. However, without N’Golo Kante’s protection, they will continue to concede goals and Grosicki will hope to capitalise on this on Saturday.

Fernando Llorente (Swansea) – £15

Fixture: Burnley (Home)

Llorente scored his 9th league goal of the season against Chelsea – an excellent header from a trademark Gylfi Sigurdsson delivery. The Spaniard is enjoying a fine first season in England as the Swans welcome Burnley to the Liberty Stadium on Saturday. The Clarets have the poorest away record in the league, picking up just two points on their travels. Paul Clement will be confident of bouncing back from the Chelsea defeat with a home victory and Llorente is an excellent budget striking option for fantasy managers this weekend.
