Primark to rollout new rules to all stores after 'successful trial'
Primark has issued an exciting update to shoppers over its Click and Collect stores as it promises to rollout more nationwide. Primark has confirmed that, following a successful trial, the service will be expanded to all stores in England, Scotland, and Wales.
Primark said today (Tuesday April 23) that it expects the service to be live at all 184 stores in England, Scotland and Wales by the end of 2025. The stores were first launched back in 2023 as part of a trial, which the bargain fashion giant - which operates the world's biggest Primark right here in Birmingham - says has been successful.
To use the scheme, shoppers can browse online and add items to a virtual basket and then choose a day to collect their parcel. Orders are available for collection between two and seven days after the order has been placed, Primark has said.

Click and collect is currently offered in 57 stores across the North West of England, Yorkshire North Wales and London. The full list of locations currently includes the likes of Bexleyheath and Birkenhead as well as Blackburn, Blackpool, Bluewater, Bolton, Bromley, Broughton, Burnley, Bury and Carlisle.
Other locations include Charlton, Chester, Croydon, Dartford, Ealing, East Ham, Hackney, Hammersmith, London, Harrow, Hounslow, Huddershield, Ilford, Kilburn, Kingston, Lakeside Shopping Centre, Lancaster, Lewisham, Liverpool, Llandudno, London Oxford Street East and London Oxford Street West.
Manchester Market Street, Manchester The Trafford Centre, Oldham, Peckham, Preston and Romford are also using the service, as is Sheffield Meadowhall, Sheffield The Moor, Southport, Staines, Stockport, Stratford, Sutton, Tooting, Uxbridge, Wallasey, Wandsworth, Warrington and Watford.
The list is completed by Wembley and White City- alongside Wigan, Wood Green, Woolwich and Wrexham. You can find your nearest Primark store by using the locator tool by visiting www.primark.com/en-gb/stores, the high street giant has previously confirmed.
