There's only a month left in the 2023 NFL season and the MVP race continues to change up as the season heads into Week 15.

There's still a doubleheader of games set for Monday Night Football featuring the Tennessee Titans taking on the Miami Dolphins and the Green Bay Packers playing the New York Giants. But the MVP frontrunner from last week continues shine: San Francisco 49ers quarterback Brock Purdy, who's improved his odds in the MVP rankings.

However, there is a new No. 1 on the list thanks to an electric Sunday Night Football game.

NFL MVP odds: How the race looks before MNF

1. QB Dak Prescott, Dallas Cowboys (+160)

Last week: T-1 (+350)

After a dominant 33-13 win over division rival Philadelphia, Dak Prescott has taken control of the MVP race, solely atop the odds boards. Several people consider the MVP Award to be the quarterback on the most efficient offense. With San Francisco and Dallas's offenses near the top of the NFL in every efficiency metric, the debate could come down to which quarterback was more pivotal to that efficiency. Prescott likely holds the edge there.

In Week 15, Prescott and the Cowboys head on the road to take on the Buffalo Bills.

2. QB Brock Purdy, San Francisco 49ers (+200)

Last week: T-1 (+350)

Purdy continues his league-leading efficiency from the pocket, this week to the tune of 19-for-27 passing for 368 yards and two touchdowns. He did throw an interception for just the second time in the last five games. But a season-high in yards and a seventh consecutive game completing at least 70% of his passes is enough to keep him in the running despite those SNF heroics from Prescott.

The 49ers head on the road next week to take on the Arizona Cardinals in Phoenix.

3. QB Lamar Jackson, Baltimore Ravens (+550)

Last week: 5 (+750)

Jackson led the Ravens to victory Sunday against the Los Angeles Rams in overtime. The 37-31 overtime battle included nearly 400 yards of offense from the 2019 NFL MVP.

Jackson completed 24 of 43 passes for 316 yards and three touchdowns along with leading the team in carries (11) and rushing yards (70). Baltimore's now won three straight for the second time this season and became the first 10-win team in the AFC. They'll face Jacksonville next week on Sunday Night Football.

4. QB Jalen Hurts, Philadelphia Eagles (+650)

Last week: T-1 (+350)

Philadelphia's huge game against division rival Dallas didn't exactly help the Eagles' QB who has dropped in odds from last week, but it didn't help him either. He had a pedestrian night against the Cowboys defense, failing to toss a touchdown on 18-for-27 passing for 197 yards.

The Eagles have a relatively easy finish to the regular season, starting next week with a game against the Seahawks on Monday Night Football.

Unlikely star: Tylan Wallace goes from little-used backup to game-winning hero with punt return TD for Ravens

5. QB Tua Tagovailoa, Miami Dolphins (+1000)

Last week: NR

Tagovailoa and the Dolphins can use a strong performance to look like the hottest team in the AFC coming out of Week 14. The Ravens needed overtime to get a win against the Rams; Jacksonville lost a close one in Cleveland; Kansas City dropped a game at home against Buffalo to fall to 8-6. Not exactly inspiring lots of confidence at the top of the conference.

Miami's offense is churning through opponents but faces a tough schedule to close out the season. A strong win on MNF would be a good way to start off the home stretch.
