The 2024 Copa América action reaches a fever pitch on Saturday with a double-header of thrilling games. The tournament favorites, Argentina, will play their last Group A game against Peru. Canada will also face off against Chile, with the winner advancing to the knockout rounds. The stakes couldn't be higher.

Argentina has confirmed that Lionel Messi, their star player, will not grace the final group stage match at the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami, Florida, as they have already secured a spot. Instead, Messi will rest a hamstring injury that he sustained against Chile. Argentina manager Lionel Scaloni said this is a great chance to give the younger players some tournament experience.

Chile will face Canada in a must-win match if they hope to keep their Copa America dreams alive. This match is crucial for both teams, as a win for Chile will secure their spot in the knockout rounds, while a win for Canada will mark their first-ever advancement in the tournament. Chile put up a tough fight against Argentina, but ultimately their efforts fell short after Lautaro Martinez found the back of the net in the 88th minute.
