The 2024 Copa América is currently underway with group-stage matches being held across the United States. This weekend, brace yourselves for two highly anticipated matches scheduled for Saturday.

Ecuador will start off the day and play against Venezuela in the first game on Saturday. Moises Caicedo, a beacon of hope for Ecuador, aims to kick off their campaign on a positive note. Caicedo, 22-year-old Chelsea midfielder, has scored 40 goals for the national team. Venezuela, considered an underdog in the tournament, is aiming for a good outcome, with the ultimate goal of qualifying for the 2026 World Cup.

The highly anticipated second match of the day will feature a younger Mexico team taking center stage in their first match against Jamaica. Head coach Jaime Lozano has been candid about his approach to this generational change, as veterans such as Guillermo Ochoa, Raul Jimenez, and Hirving Lozano were left off the tournament roster.
