In the match, Chris Gayle shattered unbeaten 128 runs off 62 balls smashing 7 boundaries and 13 sixes.
With his knock, RCB reached 215-1 on the scoreboard batting first. Later, Delhi Capitals lost the match by 21 runs after reaching 194-9 in 2nd innings.
AB de Villiers- 112 Runs (2016 Season)
Ab de Villiers grabs the 2nd spot in this list. In the 2016 season, the South African southpaw smashed 112 runs with boundaries in a single inning. In an encounter against Gujarat Lions, the RCB wicketkeeper-batsman smashed unbeaten 129 runs off just 52 deliveries.

In IPL 2013 season, Royal Challengers Bangalore opener Gayle smacked the tournament’s highest-ever knock of 175 runs off just 66 balls in an encounter against Pune Warriors. During his knock, the left-handed batsman shattered 13 fours and 17 sixes, thereby smashing 154 runs with just boundaries.
