Adam Idah drops Celtic transfer 'hint' as fans all say the same thing

Celtic fans reckon Adam Idah has dropped the biggest hint yet he wants to return.

The striker is due to join up again with Norwich City for pre-season training after the end of his Hoops loan in which he made the biggest of impressions, certainly in comparison with expectations for him when he joined. Manager Brendan Rodgers is desperate to bring the 23-year-old back permanently, and fans feel the same.

It could be a drawn out process as new Canaries boss Johannes Hoff Thorup has vowed to take a look at Idah as with all of his players ahead of this debut season at the club. Various asking prices have been suggested for what it would take to bring the Republic of Ireland international back to Glasgow but Celts may have to shell out anything up to £6million.

The man himself has been coy on the subject when quizzed, not ruling anything in or out. But he has now made obvious reference to Celtic in a social media supports and supporters certainly seem to think it means something.

Idah has shared to social media a picture of him with James Forrest on holiday, which could all be innocent enough. But he has also added the caption: "The Bhoys in green", which has sent fans into overdrive.

One wrote online: "Adam Idah’s Insta story is a come-and-get-me plea if I ever saw one, while another said: "Celtic, come and get the lad. Adam Idah with James Forrest on his Instagram. 'The bhoys in green'...," with a side eyes emoji.

Another added: "Just Adam Idah on holiday with Jamesy Forrest..."
