American Horror Story: Delicate spoilers follow.

Kim Kardashian makes a creepy appearance in the first look at American Horror Story: Delicate.

AHS's teasers are always enigmatic, and this latest one is no different with its unsettling depiction of motherhood from Kim and co-stars Emma Roberts and Cara Delevingne.

This season of American Horror Story is based on author Danielle Rollins's forthcoming novel Delicate Condition — which has been likened to a modern version of Rosemary's Baby in its story of a woman convinced a sinister figure is trying to prevent her pregnancy.

Not much else is known about the storyline in American Horror Story: Delicate, though we do know it has another stellar AHS cast.

Michaela Jaé Rodriguez is crossing over from Ryan Murphy's other hit series Pose, while Succession's Annabelle Dexter-Jones, The Good Wife's Matt Czuchry, NCIS: Hawai'i's Julie White and New Amsterdam's Debra Monk have also joined the cast.

AHS regular Denis O'Hare is returning for Delicate alongside Zachary Quinto — the latter of whom has been full of praise for co-star Kim Kardashian.

"I did a cameo on this season of American Horror Story and I got to meet her,” Quinto recently said (via PEOPLE). “She was so lovely and warm and, really, I don’t think she needs my advice.

“She seemed really in her element, and I was really impressed by her spirit and her openness. I really look forward to seeing this season because I think she’s gonna do a wonderful job."

This isn't Kim Kardashian's first acting role, as she has played herself in 30 Rock and Ocean's Eight, along with appearing in Tyler Perry's Temptation: Confessions of a Marriage Counselor.

American Horror Story airs on FX in the US and Disney+ in the UK, where seasons 1-9 are also available to buy on Prime Video.
