Anne Hathaway Amplifies Two Fashion Trends in Valentino Pantsuit With Sparkling Sequins at Independent Spirit Awards 2024
Anne Hathaway made a radiant entrance on the red carpet at the 2024 Independent Spirit Awards on Sunday in Los Angeles.
The actress opted for a high-neck sequined pantsuit by Valentino, which featured a corseted waistline and a wide leg silhouette. Hathaway was assisted by her longtime stylist Erin Walsh, who’s also known for dressing stars like Selena Gomez, Jessica Alba and Eva Mendes.

Hathaway’s brunette tresses were styled with fringe, while her makeup included soft pink blush and a matching lip.
Monochrome hues had a major moment on the runways of Gucci, Chloé and Carven during the spring 2024 season, while pared-down palettes were popular among attendees at the recent Golden Globes and Screen Actors Guild Awards.
During last night’s SAG Awards ceremony, Hathaway reunited with her “The Devil Wears Prada” costars, Meryl Streep and Emily Blunt. The trio appeared onstage to present the award for Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Comedy Series, which went to Jeremy Allen White of “The Bear.”
Blunt and Hathaway quoted some of Streep’s iconic lines in the 2006 comedy, in which the latter plays icy magazine editor Miranda Priestly.
The Independent Spirit Awards, founded in 1984, celebrate the best films and performances in the independent film and television industry. The 39th annual ceremony, held in Los Angeles on Sunday, is hosted by comedian and former “Saturday Night Live” cast member Aidy Bryant. This year sees the introduction of a new category: Best Breakthrough Performance in a New Scripted Series.
