Robinson is an on- and off-field power. He was a mainstay along Mizzou’s defensive line for the past three seasons, switching to defensive end from the interior last season and emerging as an elite edge rusher on Missouri’s Cotton Bowl-winning team. He’s a tremendous bull rusher, and constantly hurried opposition quarterbacks and made plays that don’t show on the stat sheet. Before that standout year, his second as a team captain, he used money accrued from personal NIL deals to purchase and donate backpacks to local children ahead of the school year.

It won’t show up on any of his stat pages, but during Missouri’s win over Kentucky on the road last season, he whipped past the Wildcats’ left guard before fighting off a solid block to get inside the left tackle, hurrying QB Devin Leary into a hurried and wild throw that went straight into an MU cornerback’s hands. He’s a huge threat off the edge. His size and days as a defensive tackle make him a threat on the interior. He has the footwork to change direction and beat out tackles. It’s why he reached the quarterback in nine straight games to close the 2023 season.

Darius Robinson followed up an impressive Senior Bowl outing with good results at the NFL Scouting Combine. He had a 4.95-second 40-yard dash and 1.73-second 10-yard split — solid times for an edge rusher. But it’s when you combine that with his measurables that make him a top-50 pick, coming in at 6-5 and with 34½-inch arms.
