Solly March is a doubt for Brighton’s trip to Premier League title chasers Arsenal.

Seagulls boss Roberto De Zerbi revealed the winger’s injury blow after their 5-1 defeat at the hands of Everton on Monday, which saw in-form winger March come off the bench and then substituted off half an hour later.

“We are enduring a very tough time with injuries but I don't want to speak about this,” the manager told reporters.

“Solly didn't play in the first XI because of a problem.”

March has been a standout player for the Seagulls with seven goals and seven assists in the league this campaign.

Brighton are currently without Joel Veltman, Tariq Lamptey, Adam Lallana, Jeremy Sarmiento and Jakub Moder due to injuries but must now also pick themselves up after the shock hammering at the Amex Stadium.

De Zerbi vowed to show Arsenal the “true Brighton” when they meet on Sunday afternoon at the Emirates Stadium.

"I spoke with them as I do after every game,” added the Italian.

“It can happen to lose this type of game. If you attack you can concede more goals.

“I think on Sunday we will show our quality, we will get back to our style and you will see the true Brighton.”
