Barcelona know nothing less than a win over Osasuna will do as they attempt to defend their LaLiga title for at least one more matchday.

Barca trail LaLiga leaders Real Madrid by four points with two matches left, and Real's superior head-to-head record means the Blaugrana need Los Blancos to drop five points.

Should Real beat Villarreal tonight, then Zinedine Zidane's side are champions - but Quique Setien's men need to keep their minds on the task at hand to keep the pressure on.

Date, venue and kick-off time

Barcelona vs Osasuna will be held at Camp Nou on Thursday, July 16, 2020, with kick-off scheduled for 8pm BST.

Prediction: Barcelona 3-0 Osasuna

The visitors are rooted in midtable, and Barca should make light work of them.

Team news

Frenkie de Jong is back in the Barcelona squad after missing the past seven matches with a calf injury, but Antoine Griezmann misses the Catalans’ LaLiga clash at home to Osasuna tonight.

The Dutch midfielder has not featured since the 4-0 win at Mallorca after the restart, starting on the bench at home to Getafe after that and then sitting out Barca’s next seven matches.

De Jong looks more likely to be on the bench for the visit of Osasuna, with Ivan Rakitic a possible starter alongside Sergio Busquets and Sergi Roberto in midfield.

Arturo Vidal, who scored the winner at Real Valladolid on Saturday, is set to keep his place as Griezmann misses out with an injury picked up at the Jose Zorrilla.
