Blackpool request fresh batch of tickets for Reading clash with play-offs in sight
Blackpool have requested a fresh batch of tickets for Saturday's trip to Reading with the play-offs in sight on the final day.
The Tangerines, who breezed the Royals aside 4-1 in September at Bloomfield Road, sit eighth in League One but just one point outside the top six.
Oxford United and Lincoln City will be battling Blackpool for the final play-off spot come 12.30 pm on Saturday- a make-or-break encounter for Neil Critchley's side.
In comparison, Reading have nothing but pride at stake on the final day having already secured their place in League One next season.
With an initial allocation of 797 sold, Blackpool have confirmed that they have requested more tickets. Up to 3,000 can be housed in the away end at the SCL Stadium.

Ahead of Saturday's trip to Reading, we have reduced supporters coach pricing from £35 to £20 as we aim to pack out the away end.
A further request for an increased ticket allocation has also been made.

The club are poised for the highest gate of the season, with the last three home matches all threatening to hit the 16,000 threshold.
15,644 is the figure to beat, set in a 4-0 win over Cambridge United last month.
Spanish-themed activities are planned to show appreciation for manager Ruben Selles, while Player of the Season will be awarded post-match before the annual Lap of Appreciation.
