A second brother has been charged with murder after his sibling was stabbed to death in a street in Birmingham.
David Rogers, 32, was detained after his brother Thomas Rogers, 26, was discovered lying in the street at the junction of Bristol Road and Mill Pool Way, in Bournbrook, at 4.55pm last Saturday.
Emergency services rushed to the scene but he was pronounced dead a short time after arriving at hospital from a stab wound to the chest.
Thomas' 30-year-old brother Samuel Rogers, of Sutton-In-Ashfield, Nottinghamshire, has already been charged with his murder alongside Ryan Hurt, 22, of Mansfield.
The second sibling David Rogers, of South Shields, Tyne and Wear, will appear before Birmingham Magistrates Court on Saturday.
He had been detained in the North East on Thursday morning and was transferred to the West Midlands for questioning.
Detective Inspector Stuart Mobberley, from our homicide team, said: "This is another significant development in our investigation.
"However, we are still keen to hear from anyone with information as our enquiries around what happened last Saturday continue."
A 40-year-old man has been released with no further action.
A woman aged 28 and a 15-year-old girl who were previously detained have been bailed pending further enquiries.
