Mar. 4—Region XIV-power Blinn College came into the Curtis Carroll Fieldhouse Saturday afternoon and knocked off the Jacksonville College men, 86-72, in the Jaguars' final home game of the season.

The Buccaneers (22-7, 13-5) raced out to a 46-36 lead at intermission.

Anthony Riggans, a sophomore from Carthage, gave Jaguar fans something to remember him by — a 25-point outing.

Other offensive standouts for the Maidens were Khadir Muhammed, who pumped in 15 points to go along with seven rebounds and Donovan Holcombe (11 points, 5 boards).

JC (8-21, 2-16) will trek down to Beeville to meet up with Coastal Bend on Wednesday. That will be the final regular season tilt for JC.
