Chelsea and Tottenham lock horns for a good cause in a pre-season friendly today which is still likely to have more than a bit of bite to it.

London rivals Arsenal, Chelsea and Tottenham are all taking part in a mini pre-season tournament called the Mind Series which kicked off last weekend when Chelsea beat Arsenal 2-1 at Emirates Stadium.

Next up it is Chelsea vs Tottenham at Stamford Bridge at 7.45pm tonight.

The three capital clubs will each host a round-robin fixture at their home stadium, with funds raised to be split between mental health charity Mind and the clubs’ respective foundations.

With the new Premier League season fast approaching, Thomas Tuchel and Nuno Espirito Santo will both be eyeing Wednesday’s friendly as a chance to lay down a marker ahead of 2021-22.
