Deontay Wilder and Tyson Fury react to shock Joshua defeat on Twitter
American heavyweight Deontay Wilder was quick to react on social media following Anthony Joshua’s shock defeat to Andy Ruiz Jr on his debut in the USA.
29-year-old Joshua was floored four times as he lost his heavyweight titles to Mexican, Ruiz, and following failed negotiations on a fight between Joshua and Wilder, 33-year-old Wilder had his say on Anthony Joshua’s defeat.
He wasn’t a true champion. His whole career was consisted of lies, contradictions and gifts.

Before the fight, Joshua had said he wanted to fight Tyson Fury following his bout with Ruiz. Fury tweeted to Joshua after the fight.

Joshua will now exercise his rematch clause with the 29-year-old in an attempt to regain the titles he has lost.
