Eddie Alvarez, Joanna Jedrzejczyk, Chris Weidman on UFC 205 Suspension List
Following the blockbuster UFC 205: Alvarez vs. McGregor event at Madison Square Garden in New York City, several prominent fighters landed on the medically suspended list.
UFC strawweight champion Joanna Jedrzejczyk was among those on the list released by the New York State Athletic Commission on Wednesday. She, however, faces a minimal 30-day suspension, as do most of the other fighters on the list.
Vicente Luque received what is potentially the lengthiest suspension, as he is out indefinitely, pending clearance by the commission.
Chris Weidman, Rafael Natal, and Belal Muhammad receive 60-day suspensions.
UFC 205: Alvarez vs. McGregor took place on Saturday, Nov. 12, at Madison Square Garden in New York.
