Eden Hazard says he thinks it is goodbye, hinting that he has played his final game for Chelsea after the Europa League final.

After scoring two goals on the way to beating Arsenal 4-1 in Baku, Hazard speaking to BT Sport said: “Yeah I think it's a goodbye but in football you never know.”

You know my dream was to play Premier League, I did this for seven years at one of the biggest clubs in the world. So now maybe it's time for a new challenge.”
