Taylor Swift was visibly moved by the electric atmosphere at her final Liverpool gig this evening. The global pop sensation wrapped up a trio of sold-out Eras tour performances at Anfield on Saturday.

The 34-year-old singer was in awe of the unique vibe created by the fans at Liverpool FC's home ground as she bid farewell to the city. Following her performance of "Champagne Problems," the sheer volume of applause stopped Taylor in her tracks, prompting her to pause and soak in the adulation. In a touching moment, Taylor took out her earpiece to fully embrace the roar from the crowd in L4.

She mouthed "That's loud" and visibly held back tears before taking to the mic to express her gratitude. She told the audience: "It's genuinely such an honor to play to crowds like this."

"I love you so much Liverpool, thank you," the ECHO reports. During Friday's show, Taylor shared that Liverpool had left a "stunning impression" on her, with the Merseyside concerts holding a special place in her heart. Thursday marked a milestone with the 100th concert of the record-setting Eras Tour, set to conclude in December.

On Saturday, Taylor expressed how privileged she felt performing in Liverpool, saying to the crowd: "Liverpool just look at you. I've got to be honest, you're making me feel absolutely fantastic right now."

The singer expressed her gratitude to fans who came out to the show, stating: "What an honor and a delight it is to say this to you tonight, Liverpool welcome to the Eras tour. Here I stand before you on our third and final night getting to play for you here in Liverpool."

Liverpool.com says: It has been great to see how Liverpool has come alive with so many Taylor Swift fans, even if the wet weather might have dampened spirits somewhat. The singer herself has clearly enjoyed the visit and it seems pretty likely that she will be back again in the future, perhaps performing at Anfield again.
