Euro 2024 full fixture list and TV schedule for England, Scotland and all matches on BBC and ITV
The 2024 European Championships are nearly here - could this be the year that England finally brings football home?
It's been almost three decades and seven editions of the competition since comedians David Baddiel, Frank Skinner and the Lightning Seeds coined the country's most iconic football phrase. However, it's a mission the Three Lions have failed to complete since 1966 when Bobby Moore lifted the Jules Rimet trophy at the old Wembley Stadium.
Gareth Southgate became the first England boss since Sir Alf Ramsey to take the Three Lions to a major international tournament final but couldn't replicate his success, suffering a heartbreaking defeat on penalties to Italy in Euro 2020. Now he'll attempt to go one step further in what could be his last tournament with the squad.
Harry Kane will once again lead the line as captain, but without the support of Harry Maguire who suffered a calf injury a few weeks ago and didn't recover in time for the tournament. Despite this setback, England are still pre-tournament favourites but will undoubtedly be aware of the threats posed by France, Spain, Portugal and reigning champions Italy.
Both the BBC and ITV have coverage rights for this year's European Championship matches - but which games are on which channel? Here's our guide for the group stage.
