Everything we know about Bling Empire season 2
Bling Empire swept onto our TV screens in early January as the perfect antidote to help banish our winter lockdown blues. The distinctly glamorous show, described as a real-life Crazy Rich Asians, is hugely addictive thanks to its absurdly wealthy and quite brilliant cast. So the big question is: what about a Bling Empire season 2? Here's what we know so far:
When did Netflix confirm Bling Empire season 2?
On March 12th, Netflix revealed they had officially renewed the show for a second season. Yes! The official announcement from the streaming giant came after cast members had dropped lots of hints about the show's return. Case in point: on January 25th during a fan Q&A, Kelly Mi Li said she was hoping season two would start filming soon, which sounded a lot like it had already been commissioned.
While producer Jeff Jenkins, who worked on Keeping Up With The Kardashians for 10 years, said there's no shortage of storylines when it comes to this cast. "We just celebrated 14 years of Keeping Up With the Kardashians. I would love to take this cast even further," he told Town&Country. "I mean, there's so much that has happened in their lives since season one was shot. There's just so much going on. God willing, viewers enjoy it and respond."
Who will star in Bling Empire season 2?
We're hoping the whole cast will be returning. Aside from Kevin, the cast were all familiar with each other before filming started so it shouldn't take a lot to get them together again (pandemic permitting). Jenkins recently told Oprahmag that Kevin was introduced to the group by Kelly a year before the cameras started rolling. "That year gave Kevin this wonderful sandbox time of playing and getting to know everybody and getting to form his own opinions, his own attitudes, and his own friendships or rivalries," he said.
He added that Kevin and Kane became best friends within a week, and we're hoping both of them will be back because their dynamic is so central to the series.
Meanwhile, Anna Shay has reportedly said she'd love to do another series, while Christine is already teasing more drama, telling Oprahmag: "If you thought I dropped a big bomb in season 1, then you have no idea."
What could happen in Bling Empire season 2?

Was it just me or did it look like Kim was going to tell Kevin she liked him at Jevon's party? Hmm.
Christine gets Anna back for the 'yoga' session
We know these two are all about tit for tat, and this time it's Christine's turn to get Anna back after she invited her over for that 'yoga' session.
