FFT’s Premier League best bets

Tottenham v Liverpool (Saturday, 12.30pm)

Two of the Premier League's biggest clubs go head to head in Saturday's lunchtime kick-off. This fixture was Jurgen Klopp's first game in charge of Liverpool last season - the October clash ended 0-0, and via Freebets you can get odds of 2.20 with Sky Bet for this match to finish all square too.

Klopp's men began the current Premier League campaign with a 4-3 win at Arsenal: they're 3.60 with Betway to bag another victory in North London, while Tottenham are 2.88 with Sky Bet to follow up last weekend's 1-0 triumph over Crystal Palace with another home win.

Hull v Manchester United (Saturday, 5.30pm)

Jose Mourinho has made a fine start to life as Manchester United manager, winning the Community Shield and then his first two Premier League matches. It's all been a far cry from his start to last season, when he was sacked by Chelsea before Christmas. That saw him slip to a mere fourth place in FourFourTwo’s best managers in the world rundown for 2016, but United are second favourites to clinch the title at the end of the season.

United are 1.50 with William Hill, BetVictor, Coral, Betway and Betfair to continue their 100 per cent start to the new campaign with victory at Hull, but the Tigers have won their first two Premier League fixtures too, and are 8.00 with Betfred to win again. The draw is 4.33 with BetVictor and Betfred.

Watford v Arsenal (Saturday, 3pm)

Arsenal have picked up only one point from their opening two Premier League fixtures as fans call once more for Arsene Wenger to spend in the transfer market. German international defender Shkodran Mustafi has been a summer target but 20-year-old Rob Holding may be given the opportunity to continue at centre back at Vicarage Road.

The Gunners are 2.40 with Coral to bag their first win of the season, with the draw at 3.75 with Sky Bet. Watford are 5.00 with BetVictor to pull off a major upset.

Chelsea v Burnley (Saturday, 3pm)

Chelsea will be confident of victory at Stamford Bridge against promoted Burnley, after Antonio Conte guided the Blues to victory in their first two matches of the season.

The best odds for a home win are 1.67 with Sky Bet but the visitors will be ready to dig in - they beat Liverpool last weekend with only 19 per cent possession, and drew 1-1 on their last visit to the Bridge two seasons ago, aided by a red card to Nemanja Matic.

Burnley are 3.25 with Coral to claim another draw, and 10.50 with BetVictor to secure a shock away victory.

Manchester City v West Ham (Sunday, 4pm)

The season is only two games old but Pep Guardiola has already led Manchester City to the top of the Premier League table, after an impressive 4-1 win at Stoke City following an opening day victory at home to Sunderland.

Guardiola’s arrival at the Etihad has left City fans optimistic for the new season – they’re favourites for the Premier League title and the most fancied English team to win the UEFA Champions League after cruising past Steaua Bucharest in qualifying.

They’ll be expected to beat West Ham and there are odds of 1.55 with William Hill and BetVictor for a home win. But West Ham secured a shock victory at the Etihad last season, also winning at Liverpool and Arsenal, as well as drawing at Leicester and Manchester United. The best odds for a West Ham triumph are 9.50 with Sky Bet, while the draw is 3.40 with Ladbrokes and Coral.

West Brom v Middlesbrough (Sunday, 1.30pm)

The first live televised game on Sunday sees promoted Middlesbrough travel to the Hawthorns. Boro have made an impressive start to the season on their return to the Premier League, winning at Sunderland last weekend after an opening day draw at home to Stoke. They're 3.20 with BetVictor to bag another away win here, while West Brom are 2.63 with BetVictor for victory. The draw is 3.00 with Sky Bet.
