Five International McDonald's Menu Items We Never Even Knew Were A Thing

McDonald's only just revealed its summer menu for this year, but you didn't think we'd stop there, did you? Of course not! We're die-hard McDonald's fans, and there isn't a day that goes by we don't feel envious as to what the rest of the world get to gobble up each time they pay a visit to Macca's.

Which is why we were especially excited to fill you guys in on five international menu items we just came across... We're talking everything from BLT Egg McMuffins from Canada to Butter Paneer Grilled Burgers from India and Fish & Chips from Greece.

First up, we've got BLT Egg McMuffins from Canada. Available until the end of June (in case you've got a trip coming up), this breakfast treat is like your standard Egg McMuffin but with a BLT twist.

Next, it's the Butter Paneer Grilled Burger from Northern and Eastern India. Think paneer curry, but made into a burger. Yum, or what? Featuring a mildly spiced, grilled paneer patty, dressed with a creamy, buttery makhani sauce and shredded onions nestled in a toasted bun sprinkled with black and white sesame seeds, this sounds insanely delicious.

Elsewhere in Romania, there's the Chicken Legend. Now, I know what you're thinking... surely it's the same as what we've got over here? Nope! This sandwich is in fact made in partnership with a famous Romanian chef, and features a crispy cornflake-breaded chicken patty with a chargrilled tomato sauce, fresh mix of red onion, red pepper and cucumber, along with two slices of cream cheese and two slices of tomato, in a bun sprinkled with corn. Anyone else incredibly jealous rn?

Probably the most bizarre menu instalment, Fish & Chips from Greece. That's five fish bites served with a side of small fries and the choice of a sweet and sour sauce or sour cream, packaged in a practical hand-held cone, that's perfect for on-the-go snacking.

And last but not least, it's Italy's Panzerotti made with Italian tomatoes and mozzarella cheese filled in a warm, flaky pastry. Yes, please!
