French Open men's singles final: Date, time, TV for Carlos Alcaraz vs. Alexander Zverev

Looking for their first French Open singles title, Carlos Alcaraz and Alexander Zverev will face off in the men's final on Sunday at Roland Garros.

Alcaraz, the No. 3 seed, reached his first French Open final by beating new world No. 1 Jannik Sinner in a four-hour and nine-minute, five-set marathon, and he now has a 10-1 record in 5-setters at major championships. The 22-year-old Spaniard is seeking his third Grand Slam triumph after winning Wimbledon in 2023 and the US Open in 2022.

Zverev, the No. 4 seed, dispatched No. 7 Casper Ruud in four sets during his semifinal match to move a step closer to claiming his first Grand Slam title. The 27-year-old Zverev, who played his semifinal match on the same day he reached an agreement in an abuse case brought by a former girlfriend, was helped out by 19 aces against Ruud, the last of which ended the match.

Alexander Zverev, left, and Carlos Alcaraz will face off in the 2024 French Open men's singles final. They most recently played against each other in the quarterfinals of the BNP Paribas Open, shown here, on March 14, 2024.
