Fulham's faint hopes of automatic promotion to the Premier League remain alive as they host relegated Sunderland on Friday.

Cardiff remain firmly in pole position and must drop points, with the west Londoners maintaining a 100 per cent record, to give their rivals a chance.

Fulham demolished Millwall last time out and will be confident of a similar display against the rock-bottom Black Cats, who become the first time since Wolves in 2014 to suffer successive relegations from Premier League to League One.

Slavisa Jokanovic is expected to name the same team for their penultimate game of the season. Anything less than a win will all but end their top-two hopes.
