Tottenham made light work of Fulham in Sunday's FA Cup clash at Craven Cottage as Harry Kane hit a hat-trick to secure a 3-0 win.

Spurs started brightly as Mauricio Pochettino named a strong starting XI against their Championship hosts, with Kane opening the scoring with a neat volley after 16 minutes.

Despite Spurs' dominance, they were made to wait until the second half to make the game safe as Kane volleyed a second six minutes after the restart - despite suspicions of offside - before racing free to complete his hat-trick 17 minutes from time to send Pochettino's men into the quarter-finals.

PLAYERS TO WATCH

Fulham | Ryan Sessegnon

Fulham boss Jokanovic believes that his 16-year-old starlet has the ability to become of the very best footballers in the world, but insists the teenage left back needs to make sacrifices in order to fulfil his potential.

"He is definitely going to be a good player in the future, but now it depends if he wants to be the best or only a good player," Jokanovic said. "His future is going to be in his hands.

"To be the best in the world you have to make sacrifices. You have to forget your family, your friends, money, and you don't have time for enjoying many things.

"At this moment he is a fantastic project of the football club. I will try and help him and push him in the right direction."

Tottenham | Vincent Janssen

With Harry Kane a fitness doubt heading into today’s match, Dutch forward Vincent Janssen is likely to start up front – and Pochettino wants to see more from him.

Pochettino said: “He was out of the squad against Gent and we cannot be sure if he will be in the squad, on the bench or start the game. Performance is always about how the players show their quality, their belief on the training ground.

“When I select the starting XI and the bench, I try to be fair. It is normal that maybe he (Janssen) needs to show more.”
