Stoke V Everton

Stoke come into this game with one win in 12 in all competitions, while Everton have won three in their last 12 and lost their last six games on the road.

This should be a fairly low scoring game, making Jack Butland a standout pick in goal. He has averaged a staggering 5.8 saves per game across his last five matches.

Leighton Baines is my favourite defender from this match. He has two goals and two assists in his last four games, and with Sigurdsson absent he could step up and take on more set pieces.

My top midfielder pick in this game is Xherdan Shaqiri simply because of his goal threat and ability to score from distance.

Cenk Tosun is in good form and is looking to make it three goals in three games, so he is my go to striker option.

Keeping your line ups correlative for this game is tough. I do not recommend playing Tosun with Butland. However, you can pair Tosun with Baines, and Shaqiri with Butland.

I will go all out for Everton players here. Leighton Baines stands out because of his attacking intent coupled with his dead ball duties.

The left back also had an assist last game. Bolasie has slowly regained match fitness and showed what he can do registering a recent assist, he is an exciting pick for this game and has a high points ceiling. I expect Rooney to start in place of the injured Sigurdsson.

Rooney is still creative even from a deeper midfield role. He provides good attacking options and will see a lot of the ball in this fixture.

Bournemouth V West Ham

West Brom travel to Bournemouth, who have been fairly solid at home in recent times. In their last nine home games, Bournemouth have only lost twice against Liverpool and Spurs. West Brom are in horrific form and have not found the back of the net in their last three away games.

In goal, Asmir Begovic is the standout option. In terms of defenders, I like Adam Smith. He has been playing in an advanced role for a defender and has a high accuracy rate for crosses.

The standout midfielder is Stanislas. He is finally back to full fitness and form. Upfront Callum Wilson is hard to look past, he has been a little inconsistent but up against a very poor Baggies side, he will have plenty of scoring chances.

Few may feel this game can be tricky, but with current form I believe the Cherries will be too strong for the bottom placed Baggies.

My stand out picks for this game: Chris Brunt: The only player from West Brom who seems to drive their game and gets involved in final third of the pitch.

His form and stats reflects he is their prime player right now to be involved in goals and assists.

A lot of people have gone in on Callum Wilson for Gameweek 31 but for me if anyone can steal the show, it is Josh King. I hope he will start this week and being on penalties looks the real deal. He is the one to watch out for.

It’s hard to ignore Adam Smith at the back who is in prime form for Bournemouth. He has scored one and assisted one in last two home games, and with West Brom at home, you can expect him to be involved heavily.

Huddersfield V Crystal Palace

Palace are a team currently in very poor form. They have lost their last four games and not collected three league points since January. Meanwhile, Huddersfield are in average form.

In their last five premier league games, they have won twice, drawn once and lost twice. In goal, Jonas Lossl looks a strong pick. I tend to lean towards goalkeepers who play at home, and I like the Terriers for a win on Saturday.

Patrick van Aanholt is a standout defensive option for Palace. He has scored twice recently, demonstrating his attacking potential from the back. Christopher Schindler and Zanka are good options given Palace’s defensive frailties from set pieces.

In the midfield, Aaron Mooy, Rajiv Van la Parra and Alex Pritchard are all solid plays. The return of Wilfried Zaha is great for Palace and he will be their main attacking outlet. Andros Townsend fits the mould of Yahoo daily due to his high volume of crosses and shots at goal.

I expect this game to be a cracker and more open than people will be predicting. I like Wilfred Zaha as he will start this game as the only explosive player Crystal Palace have to offer right now. Steve Mounie also loves these kind of games, and his form and goal threat is the best of all the Terriers’ attackers recently.

Liverpool V Watford

Liverpool are the obvious heavy favourites in this fixture. Loris Karius is the only viable goal keeping option in this game and Liverpool have been impressive at the back in home fixtures. The addition of Virgil van Dijk only helps as well.

Mohamed Salah is always the optimal play in daily fantasy due to his high ownership. Sadio Mane and Roberto Firmino will also be highly owned for this fixture. Sticking a multiple of them in your lineup will hurt your balance, but a big 4-0 win with them all being involved will make or break a tournament line up.

For most of us it will be a no brainer to select up to the maximum six players from Liverpool. But I feel there will be a twist to this tale so Watford can’t be ruled out.

Troy Deeney is one I will take a punt on. The Watford captain was ridiculed for his penalty miss last week and will be more determined to redeem himself and he can score goals as well as create. He is my pick from the attacking players in this Watford side.

Sadio Mane is one player who is looking better and better as the season is progressing for Jurgen Klopp. His runs, guile and explosiveness tick all the boxes.

Firmino, the hard working Brazilian forward is my second pick from the Liverpool side. His work ethic and sublime passing automatically qualifies him for potential goal and assists.

It takes a lot of courage to ignore Salah, but in order to win, I have to bet on him not doing well.
