Losing to Germany on penalties remains one of England's most painful defeats, especially in the semi-finals of the tournament hosted on home soil.

England (and Gareth Southgate) have long since banished their penalty hoodoo after beating Colombia in the 2018 World Cup.

But after such a narrow defeat at Euro 96, the Three Lions boss may still have a few painful memories of that night at Wembley.

And yet, while the domestic season is on hold due to the coronavirus pandemic, the opportunity to watch any football - old or new - is an attractive proposition for fans of the game.

The whole tournament is available to watch on TV and online this month and after enjoying the group stage action, England supporters can now re-live the nail-biting semi-final against Germany.
