American rapper Kevin Abstract forgot his verse while on stage at Glastonbury yesterday.

The Texas-born rapper, who is a founding member of hip-hop band Brockhampton, was brought on stage by Easy Life during their afternoon set on the Pyramid Stage

However, according to attendees, his guest appearance left much to be desired as the rapper forgot his verse.

“Easy life brought out kevin abstract except he forgot his entire verse and then apologised for calling everyone white people when walking off so jokes,” Tweeted one.

“Easy Life brought out Kevin Abstract I was like miiiinnnnttt but only he forgot his whole verse,” said a second.

Another attendee tweeted a picture of the rapper “taken moments before disaster”.

This afternoon, Absract took to Twitter to share his frustrations saying: “Everything in my life feels like a f**kin mess right now but I got it under control I promise.”

Although it was unclear whether the Tweet was a comment on last night’s events, many of his fans interpreted the statement as a comment on the Glastonbury set and replied by offering their support.

“It’s fine dude!!! We make mistakes and sometimes it’s not even your fault! WE LIVE AND LEARN! life is crazy like that!” replied one.

“Sometimes life is just a mess … just know that there are so many people out there that love and support you,” said another.

“Take it easy Kevin. The web isn’t being easy on you either. Just know you have die hards!”

Easy Life and Kevin Abstract have collaborated on two tracks on Easy Life’s soon-to-be-released album MAYBE IN ANOTHER LIFE...: Track OTT, which also features New Zealand singer BENEE, and DEAR MISS HOLLOWAY, which was released in May in anticipation of the forthcoming album.

Easy Life is an English alternative Indie group whose third mixtape Junk Food reached number seven on the UK album charts after its release in January 2020.

The band released its debut album Life’s a Beach in May 2021, a month after they performed on Jimmy Kimmel Live!.
