Liverpool players have sent their own personal messages to Jurgen Klopp on social media after the German said his final farewell to the club over the weekend.

Klopp took charge of the Reds for the last time on Sunday as Liverpool defeated Wolverhampton Wanderers 2-0 at Anfield. Goals in the first half from Alexis Mac Allister and Jarell Quansah meant that Klopp's final season ended on 82 points with a third placed finish.

A guard of honour from his players and staff was followed by a specially-commissioned plaque being presented to the German by the club's owners, Fenway Sports Group. After giving one final speech to the Anfield faithful, Klopp celebrated with the club into the night.
