It's set to be a star-studded summer both on and off the pitch, with BBC and ITV having big names added to their coverage of the 2024 European Championships which kick-off in Germany on Friday evening.

England are the pre-tournament favourites to go all the way and finally end the 58 years of hurt and waiting for another major international trophy to be lifted by the men's team, with this likely being manager Gareth Southgate's last chance saloon with the Three Lions.

They must first however improve significantly on their recent 1-0 defeat to Iceland in their final warm-up match before the competition begins, with a prime opportunity to bounce back in their first group stage clash against Serbia this Sunday.

After that, they'll face Denmark and Slovenia for their final two games in Group C before hopefully qualifying into the knockout stages where they could face a whole variety of teams depending on where they finish in the groups.

But with the countries' two biggest channels holding the TV rights for the competition, what faces and voices will we see and hear throughout the tournament?
