Former WH cover star and fitness queen (she does yoga with her pups and baby) Kate Hudson has revealed her best advice for leaving the house looking 🔥 🔥 🔥 . Sharing a snap of herself reclining in a sleek water taxi in Venice, Italy, Hudson sped her way to the Celebration of Women in Cinema Gala, clad in a striking, symmetric number with bold thigh split.

Hudson, who's known for her love of Pilates, reformer pilates, yoga and strength training, accessorised the fit with a glittering bracelet, red mani and chic, simple hair.

Hudson, who is currently in Italy, usually resides in California with her family, including her youngest, Rani Rose Hudson Fujikawa.

Rani, an avid helper, often "assists" her mum during home yoga classes with Hudson frequently sharing behind the scenes snaps of the two trying to make it work together.

Besides yoga, Hudson adores Pilates and reformer pilates, as well as regular strength training, again posting updates on her progress to her Instagram.
