Lemar and Fabinho will not leave this summer, insist Monaco

Arsenal target Thomas Lemar will not be joining the summer exodus from the Ligue 1 champions, insists Monaco.

Midfielder Lemar had been the subject of a reported £43m bid from the Gunners but the French club have appeared to rule this out.

The club has also state that defensive utility man Fabinho will also not be leaving, apparently ending Manchester United’s pursuit of the Brazilian.

Last season’s Champions League semi-finalists have already seen Tiemoue Bakayoko (Chelsea) and Bernardo Silva and Benjamin Mendy (both Manchester City) quit Stade Louis II with Kylian Mbappe also the reported target of many of Europe’s top clubs.
