Following the pregnancy announcement Montana opened up about the struggles she faced when trying to get pregnant saying: "This was planned, however, I didn't realise for ages that I was pregnant because we were trying earlier on in the year and [it] wasn't happening."

"Then I had loads of tests done through [nutrition practitioner] Pippa Campbell; found out I had very low levels of oestrogen and testosterone, which I was really surprised at."

It's been a busy year for Montana who confirmed her engagement to partner Mark earlier this year after he proposed to her during a 'babymoon' holiday in Bermuda.

Love Island airs on ITV2 and streams on ITVX.
