M&S' stunning red-fleshed apples are perfect for Halloween
No you aren't seeing things, and there's no food colourings involved. These stunning apples are called Kissabel apples and naturally have gorgeous red flesh.
M&S is selling the spooky apples right through the Halloween period and we haven't been this excited about fruit since the supermarket's candy floss flavoured grapes.
With a typical apple skin colour, biting into one of these Kissabels to find a rich red flesh hidden inside must be quite a surprise. They're perfect for Halloween lunchboxes or breakfasts, and ideal for ghoulish toffee-apples.
They're not just for kids though; slices of the pretty fruit would also make fabulous cocktail garnishes for both autumnal drinks and Halloween ones.

Sharing a snap of the apples to Instagram, the supermarket told followers: "These are not just any apples. These are ghoulishly good M&S red-fleshed apples."
A healthy treat among the traditional mountains of candy, M&S described the British apples as: "perfectly crisp with a sweet zesty flavour."
We just can't stop staring at the beautiful fruit.
Kissabel apples are available now in M&S stores over the Halloween period. £2.30 for four.
