Liverpool are predicted to break Manchester United hearts at Wembley Stadium next season after Artificial Intelligence (AI) attempted to foreshadow the 2024/25 campaign.

The Reds will be returning to the Premier League without Jurgen Klopp next season after the German manager decided to step down. Replacing him is Arne Slot who conducted his first interview as head coach on Wednesday evening.

Most Liverpool supporters would perhaps be happy with a top-four finish in Slot's first year but according to Fair Betting Sites' AI technology, the Dutchman will do one better and deliver silverware. To make it sweeter for the fanbase, it will come at the expense of fierce rivals United.

AI believes Liverpool and United shall meet in the Carabao Cup final next season. With time running out and the scores level at 2-2, the technology believes the Reds will bag a last-minute winner to hand Slot the League Cup and ensure the trophy remains on Merseyside.

As for the bread and butter of the Premier League, the Reds will finish runners-up to Manchester City ending the campaign on 85 points, five behind Pep Guardiola's side. Last season's challengers Arsenal are expected to have a major drop-off finishing fifth with Chelsea and United taking the other spots in the Champions League.

Meanwhile, Everton are expected to have an emotional season no matter their position in the table considering it will be a farewell for Goodison Park. Without the hassle of the Premier League's Financial Fair Play (FFP) punishments, the Blues are predicted to finish in a respectable 12th, eight points better off than last season and in no danger of relegation.

Championship new boys Ipswich Town and Southampton are predicted to be relegated alongside AFC Bournemouth.
