Manchester United host League Two Colchester in the quarter-finals of the Carabao Cup tonight.

After two superb wins over Tottenham and Manchester City, United were frustrated at home to Everton on Sunday.

Colchester will look to replicate that against Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side, having already sent Crystal Palace and Tottenham packing from this competition so far this term.

TV channel and live stream information

The match will not be broadcast live on TV in the UK.

But you can follow all the action on Standard Sport’s LIVE blog tonight.

Predicted lineups

Man Utd XI: Romero, Tuanzebe, Rojo, Jones, Williams, Matic, Garner, James, Mata, Rashford, Greenwood

Colchester XI: Gerken, Jackson, Eastman, Prosser, Bramall, Comley, Pell, Harriot, Poku, Nouble, Norris

Team news

Solskjaer is expected to make changes for this fixture, though he insists that his team are taking the Carabao Cup seriously.

Paul Pogba will not be involved having not played since the third-round victory over Rochdale back in September, with his foot and ankle issues followed by a bout of illness.

Diogo Dalot is back in training, but this week’s match may still come too soon for him after a lengthy lay-off.

Prediction: Manchester United 2-1 Colchester

United seem to habitually make like difficult for themselves at home - it could be another nervy night at Old Trafford.
