Manchester United have made four changes to their starting lineup for tonight’s Premier League clash with Brighton.

Aaron Wan-Bissaka, Fred, Anthony Martial and Antony all come in for Erik ten Hag at the Amex Stadium, in place of Tyrell Malacia, Marcel Sabitzer, Christian Eriksen and Jadon Sancho, who are all on the bench.

United are still without both Raphael Varane and Scott McTominay due to injury, while the game comes too soon for Alejandro Garnacho.

Varane has been suffering with an ankle problem in recent weeks, while McTominay has missed United’s last three games with various niggles.

While Sunday’s win over Aston Villa strengthened United’s position in the race for a top-four finish, they remain locked in a battle with Newcastle, Liverpool and Tottenham to qualify for next season’s Champions League and must keep up their momentum.

Brighton could make a late run for the top four themselves should they emerge victorious this evening but a win for United would surely end their challenge.

United boss Ten Hag is already without the likes of Lisandro Martinez, Donny van de Beek, Tom Heaton and Phil Jones.

Despite Varane’s absence, Luke Shaw has been preferred again in central defence alongside Victor Lindelof, with Harry Maguire on the bench.

Manchester United XI: De Gea, Wan-Bissaka, Lindelof, Shaw, Dalot, Casemiro, Fred, Antony, Bruno Fernandes, Rashford, Martial

Subs: Maguire, Malacia, Eriksen, Sabitzer, Sancho, Weghorst, Pellistri, Butland, Williams
