The Married At First Sight UK cast are all breaking one major show rule
Whoops! It appears a number of the Married At First Sight UK cast are going to be in big trouble, after a few of them have broken the show's biggest rule following their time on the series.
One of, if not the biggest rules, the cast of MAFS UK has to follow is to not reveal the status of their marriage in the present day, until the series has finished airing. However, not all cast members have been sticking to this.
Laura, who got married to Arthur on the series, may have just accidentally revealed that she and Arthur are still together after the show. During an interview with OK! Laura shared the couple's plans for Christmas, which essentially confirms they're still together after filming.
Speaking to the publication Laura said: "We’ve spoken about going to Poland, and just immersing myself in the first 15-16 years of his life.
"I think it'd be nice and cosy and the weather would be cold and we might get some snow - I think that’d be cool. And then maybe coming back here and doing a traditional like Christmas market.”
Er, Laura we really don't think you were meant to share this information yet.
Married At First Sight UK is currently half way through airing, and while some of the couples have been shown to have departed the series, including Porscha and Terence and Shona and Brad, we're still yet to have the confirmation of which couples are still together in the real world
And it seems Laura isn't the only MAFS UK cast member breaking the rules, with fellow contestant Thomas frequently referring to Rozz, who he got married to on the show, as his "wife" on social media after filming.
In a recent TikTok, Thomas asked fans who had better TikTok account, himself or his wife Rozz.
Now, of course Thomas could just be referring to Rozz as his "wife" because as far as we know on the show they are still married and therefore he's not giving anything away about what happens in their relationship. But many fans have seen his post as confirmation he is still in a relationship with Rozz.
And new Married At First Sight UK cast member Erica has also appeared to have broken this key rule, when she explained why she wasn't wearing her wedding ring from her marriage to Jordan in a recent TikTok.
When asked by a fan why she wasn't wearing her wedding ring, Erica said: "OK I'm just going to clear this up now because this is the most asked question I keep getting - 'Why aren't you wearing your ring?' 'You're clearly not together because you don't have your ring on'... We're just not allowed to wear the ring.
"It's because it would obviously give away which couples are still together, who isn't together, if people had their rings on. So for any confusion, that is the only reason why. We're simply just not allowed."
In saying she isn't allowed to wear her ring because it will give away the series ending and that's "the only reason" why she isn't wearing it, Erica has basically just revealed she is most likely still married to Jordan, and therefore has broken the series biggest rule.
Um, just how many more rule breaks will we get before the series ends?
