Max Domi uppercut punch drops Ryan Kesler (Video)

Arizona Coyotes forward Max Domi dropped Anaheim Ducks forward Ryan Kesler with a big uppercut punch in a fight late in the first period of their Friday game.

After Kesler hit Coyotes rookie defenseman Jakob Chychrun, Domi and Kesler started pushing one another. They then dropped their gloves, and Domi nailed Kesler with an uppercut to what appeared to be the chin.

Domi, who is the son of legendary NHL enforcer Tie Domi, was in four fights last season as a rookie. This is his first fight of the 2016-17 season.

After the fight, Kesler was helped to the locker room and seemed to be woozy. There has been no official word on his status.

Losing Kesler for any period of time could be harmful to the Ducks. The team is currently without center Ryan Getzlaf who is missing his second straight game with an upper body injury.

UPDATE: Kesler returned to the Ducks bench five minutes into the second period.
