Mohamed Salah has shown off his physique as he continues to enjoy a well earned break to prepare him for a demanding 2024/25 season with Liverpool.

The 32-year-old was in action for Egypt in the World Cup qualifiers and is now recharging his batteries. Despite being on holiday, it appears that he stepped up training and transformed his body to be in the best shape.

In a recent post on Instagram, he has reminded us of his hard work in the gym, showing off the results. The caption on the post read: "#NoFilterSummerChallenge @amrdiab @mohamedramadanws @ramyabbasissa @elsaid1985 @ahmedsaadofficial."

It is clear to see how dedicated Salah is when it comes to his physique, and Liverpool teammate Harvey Elliott has taken advice from him before.

Previously speaking to The Times, Elliott said he was advised about personal diet choices by Salah. "My breakfast is mainly bread with beans or avocado," he said.

"I did eat bread in the morning, but that was white bread. Now I have changed it to brown bread which is a lot healthier. He [Salah] is not someone to say, ‘You need to be doing this, you need to be doing that.’

"He is more of a guy who helps you out and gives you pointers, and you go away and think about it. Now it is always in my head.

"At the time I was thinking, "What is he on about? I’m just having breakfast! But looking back there are so many things you can change in your diet and it is just about the small margins. That is a prime example of what he is like."
