National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum honor Uga X

Feb. 6—The National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum has chosen to honor the Georgia Bulldogs mascot Uga X, who passed away on January 23. Uga X, who was also known as Que, retired as the University of Georgia's mascot after the 2022 football season as the winningest Uga in Georgia's history. Uga X served as the Bulldogs mascot from 2015-2022 and during his run the Georgia Bulldogs went 91-18 and won two SEC Championships, the Rose Bowl, the Sugar Bowl, the Orange Bowl, the Peach Bowl and back-to-back National Championships.

Uga X was the tenth Uga to represent the University of Georgia Bulldogs. There are now 11 total white English bulldogs who have taken on the mantel of Uga, all of which are owned by the Frank W. Seiler family in Savannah, Georgia.

The National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum, which is located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, has chosen to honor Uga X with his very own bobblehead.

"Bobbleheads are the ultimate way to honor and celebrate a person or mascot, and we think this bobblehead of Uga X is the perfect tribute to his amazing life," National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum co-founder and CEO Phil Sklar said. "Uga X is loved throughout the state of Georgia and well beyond by Bulldogs fans, alumni, students, faculty, staff, and community members who had the privilege of watching and interacting with the beloved bulldog for many years!"

The Uga X bobblehead features Uga X standing on a UGA logo with the name Uga X prominently featured on the front of the bobblehead and the name Que on the back. Uga X is wearing his own jersey with his tongue out in a "playful fashion."

According to the National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum each bobblehead is numbered to just 2023 to commemorate the year when Uga XI took over as Georgia' mascot.

The Uga X bobblehead is now available for purchase through the National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum website for $38, which includes shipping.
