(Adds late game) Jan 1 (Reuters) - Highlights from National Basketball Association games on Friday: - - - Wizards 103, Magic 91 Guard John Wall had 24 points and 13 assists as the Washington Wizards beat the Orlando Magic. Wall finished with his eighth straight double-double after contributing 12 points and five assists in the fourth quarter. Forward Otto Porter had 20 points and 11 rebounds for the Wizards while Kris Humphries scored all of his 11 points in the fourth quarter, including seven during a decisive 15-3 run. Guard Victor Oladipo scored 20 points for the Magic, who had won six of their past eight games. Center Nik Vucevic had 14 points. - - - Heat 106, Mavericks 82 Center Hassan Whiteside had 25 points and 19 rebounds to lead the Miami Heat past the Dallas Mavericks. Heat shooting guard Dwyane Wade, who came off the bench for just the 10th time in his 13-year career, had 10 points and seven assists. He was slowed by the flu. The Mavericks were held without a fast-break point and shot just 36 percent from the floor. Mavericks point guard Jose Juan Barea, who averaged 22.3 points in his previous four games, was held in check and scored just six points, while Dirk Nowitzki scored just 11. - - - Raptors 104, Hornets 94 Guard DeMar DeRozan scored 23 points as the Toronto Raptors defeated the Charlotte Hornets. The Raptors overcame an eight-point disadvantage after three quarters to take command of the game in the fourth, when the Hornets scored their final points of the game with 4:45 to play. Point guard Kyle Lowry added 18 points and dished out 11 assists for the Raptors. - - - Bulls 108, Knicks 81 Guard Jimmy Butler scored a game-high 23 points while the Chicago Bulls pulled away in the fourth quarter for a 108-81 win over the New York Knicks. Forwards Pau Gasol and Nikola Mirotic scored 17 points apiece for the Bulls. Forward Bobby Portis added 16 points and 10 rebounds off the bench. Forward Carmelo Anthony scored 20 points and grabbed seven rebounds to lead the Knicks. Guard Jose Calderon contributed 18 points. Chicago (19-12) picked up their third consecutive win, while New York (15-19) lost for the fifth time in the past six games. - - - Lakers 93, 76ers 84 Lou Williams scored 24 points, guiding the Los Angeles Lakers to a victory over Philadelphia at Staples Center. Jordan Clarkson added 19 points for the Lakers, who won their second straight game for the first time since February of last season. Julius Randle came off the bench to score 15 points and grab nine rebounds. Nerlens Noel had 15 points and 12 rebounds for the 76ers. Jahlil Okafor and T.J.
