Premier League football returns following the international break, with Liverpool leading the table after their perfect start.

Four wins from four saw Jurgen Klopp win manager of the month for August, and Liverpool made it five from five as they beat Newcastle United 3-1 in Saturday's early kick-off.

That clash kickstarted a bumper Saturday of action, with Manchester United, Tottenham and Chelsea all in action at 3pm.

United overcame a tough test to beat Leicester City 1-0, Spurs thrashed Crystal Palace 4-0 in a one-sided London derby, while Frank Lampard's Blues beat Wolves 5-2 with Tammy Abraham scoring a superb hat-trick (and an own goal).

Champions Manchester City were then shocked 3-2 at Norwich City to leave Liverpool five points clear at the close of play - the biggest lead of any team at this stage of a Premier League season.

On Sunday, Arsenal made sure it was a happy homecoming for new Watford manager Quique Sanchez Flores at Vicarage Road by gifting the hosts two goals to share the spoils. West Ham must beat Aston Villa on their own turf in the Monday night game.
